Sutton Apps LLC ("Sutton Apps," "we," "us") publishes Case Linker. This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, and how we handle it. We built Case Linker for legal professionals handling privileged material, and we designed it to keep your documents on your device.
Case Linker processes your documents — importing, hyperlinking, stamping, optical character recognition, and export — entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, store, or have access to the contents of the documents you work with in the app.
Case Linker subscriptions are sold and processed through the Apple App Store. Apple — not Sutton Apps — handles your payment information and manages your subscription. We receive only the limited, aggregated information Apple provides to developers (for example, that a subscription was purchased or renewed). We never receive your payment card details. Please review Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles this information.
Case Linker does not collect any analytics, crash, or diagnostic data, and it includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. If you have turned on Apple's optional device-level analytics, Apple may share standard, anonymized diagnostics with developers; you can turn this off at any time in your device's Privacy & Security settings.
Case Linker is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
