These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Case Linker, an application published by Sutton Apps LLC ("Sutton Apps," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Case Linker, you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Case Linker on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• Case Linker offers a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.
• Subscriptions are offered monthly and annually at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Professional responsibility

Case Linker is a tool that assists with preparing and cross-referencing documents. It does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output — including hyperlinks, citations, stamps, and exported files — before relying on or filing any document. We recommend reviewing the audit report and confirming links before use.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you import or create. As described in our Privacy Policy, Case Linker processes your documents on your device, and we do not access their contents.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct.

Disclaimer of warranties

Case Linker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that its output will be accurate or complete in every case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sutton Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Case Linker.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
