These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Research Linker, an application published by Sutton Apps LLC ("Sutton Apps," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Research Linker, you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Research Linker on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases, free trial, and billing

• Research Linker gives you 14 days of full access, free, starting the first time you open it. Nothing is charged during it and there is nothing to cancel — no payment method is taken up front. When the trial ends, the app keeps working: you can still open, export, and share everything you have; the features that need the unlock simply wait until you choose to buy it.
• Research Linker is unlocked by a single purchase at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Nothing renews and you are not charged again.
• There is nothing to cancel. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores on your other devices and after a reinstall — use Restore Purchases in the app. A free trial period runs before any purchase is required; nothing is charged during it.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Professional responsibility

Research Linker is a tool that assists with preparing and cross-referencing documents. It does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output — including hyperlinks, citations, stamps, and exported files — before relying on or filing any document. We recommend reviewing the audit report and confirming links before use.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you import or create. As described in our Privacy Policy, Research Linker processes your documents on your device, and we do not access their contents.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct.

Disclaimer of warranties

Research Linker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that its output will be accurate or complete in every case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sutton Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Research Linker.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
